Beef Reservation Options (Reservations for November-February)
The total cost is based on the animal's hanging weight. We charge $3.25 per pound on the hanging weight. For example if a quarter beef has a hanging weight of 175lbs x $3.25 = $568 plus processing fees of approximately $150. A good average is around $718 per quarter beef, and $359 for a 1/8 beef, . (Total may be more or less depending on the size of the beef animal, and cuts you choose to have made!
Our beef is processed at Becks Meat Processing in Oshkosh. Preferred pickup is at their location 2-3 weeks after your processing date. Local delivery can also be arranged.
